A Fresh Acres Experience Built for Your Group
Located in Monticello, Minnesota, Fresh Acres offers customizable field trips and group events for all ages. Whether you are planning a school field trip, daycare outing, homeschool gathering, Scout or 4-H event, business outing or another group experience, we will work with you to create a visit that fits your group.
Private group visits are available Monday through Friday during our fall season, with evening and private flashlight maze experiences available by arrangement. Weekend birthday parties and other groups can also visit during regular Fall Festival hours with advance notice. Most visits last approximately 2-3 hours, but timing, activities and structure can all be customized.

Planning for a Birthday Party?
Birthday groups are welcome during our regular weekend Fall Festival hours! Your group can enjoy the festival together, and advance notice allows us to help coordinate admission and prepare for your arrival.
The host can pay for the entire group, or guests can purchase their own admission. Either way, please contact us in advance so we know your group is coming and can help make your arrival as smooth as possible.
Want to include pumpkins, animal feed, Apple Cannon shots or another extra for your guests? Let us know what you have in mind.
Planning for a Large Group?
Planning for 100+? Let's talk! We regularly accommodate large groups and can customize the experience based on your group size, ages, interests, and goals.
For larger school and youth groups, we can divide participants into smaller groups that rotate through activities throughout their visit.
Planning a large adult, business or community event? Those experiences can look completely different. From traditional Fresh Acres activities to special arrangements and additional entertainment, tell us what you have in mind and we will explore what we can create for your group.

Weather Flexibility
Minnesota fall weather does not always cooperate. When possible, we will work with your group to find an alternative date if weather interferes with your visit.
Meet Spookley the Square Pumpkin
Younger students can experience the story of Spookley the Square Pumpkin through our straw-bale story display. Students can follow Spookley's story through the straw-bale display, and a group reading of the book can also be arranged upon request.
Spookley's message of kindness, acceptance and celebrating differences makes it an especially meaningful addition for preschool and elementary-age groups.

PRICING
Private weekday group experiences start at $10 per person and include our standard group activities. Final pricing depends on group size and any additional experiences or items included in your package. Weekend birthday parties and other groups visiting during regular Fall Festival hours may have different admission arrangements.

An Action TrackChair is available at no additional cost for guests who need assistance navigating the Fall Festival.
FOOD & LUNCH
Groups are welcome to bring their own food and lunches. Food trucks may also be arranged for sufficiently large groups.
